Thorny Fabric by Inspire Interior
The Thorny fabric is a beautifully rustic and versatile semi plain textured blackout fabric, available in two widths and a range of colours. Made from 100% flame retardant polyester with acrylic backing, it is a a wonderful choice for curtains.
Inspired by raffia textures, the Thorny fabric uses individual fibres to create an earthy and handmade look of subtle and complex layers. Irregular threads enhance the character and capture a truly organic textural look. It utilises the yarn used, which is inherently flecked, to accentuate the raw and rustic appearance. The look, whilst natural, is strikingly modern, and fits comfortably into many themes.
The Thorny fabric can be used for a range of curtain types, including pencil pleat blackout curtains, thermal curtains, and eyelet curtains.
The Thorny fabric is a great choice for those looking for a reliable flame retardant fabric. Having been tested rigorously by accredited laboratories, it has been identified as meeting strict British and international industry standards, including B1, Classe Uno, EN 13773, IMO 2010 FTP Code 2010 part 7, NFPA 701 1+2, and BS 5867 Part 2 B.
When caring for your Thorny fabric, please refer to the instructions specified by the manufacturer; delicate 30°C wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, cool iron 110ºC on non-coated side only, dry clean P sensitive. If you’re unsure, you can check the care instructions in the table above.
